Really good to be back at Blue. Crowds weren't bad at all. First few Come Around to Lower Main runs were lots of fun. Upper Main not so much. Normal for when blue opens a run. Could care less. Had a blast. It's November 24th and I got 2 good days in.

Today was a lot of fun

Upper Main St and x-ing taught the girls the term "cookies" - otherwise quite nice. No wait at all to board chairs yet. Enjoying our cocoa now. Gotta love day that starts with skiing and ends with a televised performance at www.cafeimprov.com (broadcast Mon eve).

Super-cool newfangled device called a thermometer: coupled with locality = pretty darn close estimation of temp 1000 ft higher. But we can pretend. Now that I "know" there's only been 5 nights of snowmaking weather I feel so much more in-tune to how hard blue worked to make that 1 run SO smooth.
