Get on some wide skis and go fast and use a lot of power in your turns and you should be just fine getting through the mashed potatoes..in a typical warmer ski season you're gonna encounter spring conditions a lot so might as well work on your mashed potato skiing. Get forward and power through them.

Eagle rock still not open and might not be open Xmas week. Good thing we made the switch to jfbb.

According to my brother who works there, they had a pretty massive snowmaking water line blowout and only got around to fixing it a few weeks ago.

The majority of people in there on a Saturday night in the winter are 30ish and weekend warriors who where on the hill all day. I've said it many times, I like lake harmony because it has a ski resort vibe to it.

Fucking bullshit every possible indicator says cold and I was right it did get cold on the 30th but the immediate future looks poor.......jet stream is a fucking mess but it simply has to get cold for an extended period of time soon maybe the 6th

They should be able to put down a lot of coverage before the weekend warmup, if they choose to do so. Not sure how much moisture is supposed to pass through, maybe we'll get a break and its light or a heavier wintry mix on Saturday would make a nice buffer.
