I think he may have thought that first cliff landing was a bit softer and not as flat.  Looks like it would have hurt.  Then run into a marker pole to boot.

Guess it couldn't have been too bad, as he went back for seconds.

I doubt they make much. Maybe $20 an hour and it's only four months a year.  I imagine some of the groomers are construction workers who are laid off during the winter.

Only 3 weeks until Jackson hole.  As we get closer I'll have to post stoke more frequently.  Here's a cool video from a few years ago.  It's pretty unique. 

 

Snow in the forecast Saturday and around Wednesday next week..they need another solid storm or two to open the Hobacks and other lower faces.

That video is neat, someone should make a similar video for Blue.

If I ever get to Jackson Hole, I'm not jumping off any cliffs like that. Nope.
