Get on some wide skis and go fast and use a lot of power in your turns and you should be just fine getting through the mashed potatoes..in a typical warmer ski season you're gonna encounter spring conditions a lot so might as well work on your mashed potato skiing. Get forward and power through them.

It’s poured very hard for the past 45 minutes.  This area floods a lot so I’m not surprised.  The local fire company prepares a day in advance of any heavy rain because they know the rescues are coming

Global warming is real..really real. Death Valley recently recorded their all time record high of 130 degrees and the all time record high of 127 degrees was recorded last summer in Dubai. We are all sweating sitting still in 90 degrees imagine Phoenix this week....but it’s a heat.

Phoenix highs have ranged from 113 to 117 over the past few days.

The Gulf of Mexico is going to make its way 20-30 miles inland due to the strength of the storm surge and low elevations.  Lake Charles Louisiana is expected to be mostly destroyed.  Look at the predicted wind in the hourly forecast. Wow just wow I bet Blue wouldn’t even run the doubles in those winds

I read something earlier about the coasts staying warm, and the interior having a cold shot. Made it seem like that would be around for the week though. But anyways....enjoy!
