Been to Buckmans KOP once, but it was like the second day.  I can tell you if you plan on going to Blues tent sale any time other than first thing, the first day, you might as well just stay home and play video games, and do your hair.

I went at noon, the sale started at 10. There were 2 boxes of goggles and by the time I got to them it was only child sizes and  replacement lenses.

i have good intel that a ski shop in nepa crushed it at their tent sale.

if it's any indication of things to come, it's gonna be a busy year (ie. crowded)

I’m not worried.  A lot of families are back in the travel sports thing after a year off, and full capacity lifts are everything.  Maybe wishful thinking on my part.

I’ll be hitting up Buckmans for the next size up on skis and boots for the little one tomorrow, fingers crossed. Bought two boot sizes last year and ended up needing both.

Is your mom going?

No, I believe she is on vacation in Europe with my aunt right now.

Drove by the Buckmans in Montgomeryville on the way to assist another tech in Ft Washington yesterday. Was going to check out the same on the way home but ended up down there late enough that I wasn’t willing to take the long way home and got on the pike

I'm probably going to fight the crowds at the Blue mountain tent sale next weekend to pick up bindings for the new skis. Seems like a no brainer to get them there if they'll mount them for free.

Just got back from buckmans.  The boots I needed I found cheaper online, but figured with the 20% discount at buckmans, it would even out and I’d support a local shop.  Turns out 20% off inside items during tent sales was a wicks thing, not a buckmans thing. Checked the boot website and saw they lowered the boots $20 since Tuesday, so I ordered them.  DC Judge Boa

next time ask if they price match, virtually all of them do.

fwiw, some stores will sell in-store at a higher price than on their websites (typically MAP).

new boots good for stoke tho regardless 👍

I  should have thought of that lol.  I did pay $100 below MSRP and free shipping, so all good
