Get on some wide skis and go fast and use a lot of power in your turns and you should be just fine getting through the mashed potatoes..in a typical warmer ski season you're gonna encounter spring conditions a lot so might as well work on your mashed potato skiing. Get forward and power through them.

@GrilledSteezeSandwich Road trip to Stowe??? We can take my private jet on Flight Simulator or carpool with@AtomicSkier. Or we can take separate cars and stay in separate rooms and ski 1 run together on Gondolier and maybe meet up for hot pockets at Piecasso one evening.

Snowing a lot here in town, seems  like 4-6” a day. Since I got my dreaded  air cast boot back on last week my dog is not pleased since I can’t walk him in the snow. Tried a variety of plastic bags and trash bags over the boot which all rip after a few minutes. Plus I slide all over the place.  Thankfully doctor said I am still allowed to ski.
