Today we explored 1000 year old Cliff dwellings in the Verde valley...Tuzigot national monument. Montezumas well and Montezumas Castle. Really cool stuff.

Earlier this spring, there was a deer that gave birth to a fawn in my yard right near my house.  It's crazy how they leave the fawns all alone all day.  I had to mow my lawn around the fawn laying in the grass once.  It's been cool watching the fawns grow up this summer.

i have been very, very close to running one over with the riding mower. combination of tall grass and dusk approaching.

I believe you used to be able to see more of capital hill from the first base side of the stadium but they have since built luxury condos that block the view
