I'm sure they don't even know and not even 100% it will actually happen. They talked about this 9 years ago and nothing happened and started building the water park like 3 years ago and nothing. Studio-$150,000 One bedroom $200,000 Two bedroom $275,000 Three bedroom $350,000 Plus a management fee. Some of the nations cheapest slopeside lodging. I don't know how many weddings they do, but having a place for guests to stay would be a plus. I think Bear makes bank on their weddings, then hotel is booked for the guests, so even more money.
